1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tracken mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tracken is a notification management application that allows users to create, schedule, and manage custom notifications on their mobile devices.

3. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

  • Tracken offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual)
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use the App to send spam or unwanted notifications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tracken and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
